His Q got more ad scaling and more isolated dmg scaling, and if he evolves it he gets a 60% cdr so he can spam Q even more. What the fuck. Did you ever hear someone say kha doesn't do enough dmg ? I mean, I really don't understand the change. Right now you get buttfucked by his dmg if you're isolated and can't do jack shit so they decide to up the scaling on his passive and Q and give him a 60% cdr on the Q also. What ?

No, he no longer gets any stat increases on his Q for upgrading it.

His burst is much less than live.

They wanted him to be more of an assassin, the change to kha'zix makes him somewhat useless in teamfights now. hes good at assassinating and thats pretty much it.

They did the opposite. They increased his damage window by reducing Q damage and giving it cd instead, and gave him a good aoe slow on his W specifically for team fights.
