Gangplanks Q doesn't apply DFT. I think?

It is intentional since his Q isn't really counted as a spell but as an AA.

DFT applies on spell hits. Gangplanks Q functions like a basic attack instead, allowing it to apply on-hit effects like a basic attack would, but that means DFT, Rylai's, Ludens, and similar effects will not be applied.
