You guys noticing a new pattern with Demacian champion updates?
Situational, instant burst procs.
Garen- to whoever recently got a kill on the enemy team, a symbol appears on Garen marking said enemy for bonus Percent health true damage.
Fiora- Every few seconds a symbol appears on an enemy champion, allowing fiora to deal bonus percent health true damage on them if she hits them in the right spot.
Quinn- Every few seconds a symbol appears on an enemy champion, allowing Quinn to do bonus attack damage when auto attacking the marked target.
Lux- Whenever you cast a spell on an enemy champion, a symbol appears on them, allowing you to do bonus magic damage by auto attacking that marked target.
Jarvan IV - Every few Seconds, your first auto attack on an enemy champion deals bonus percent health physical damage.
And I swear, the conditions to this damage have gotten more and more convoluted and unreliable.
No doubt when new poppy comes out, She'll get a "every few seconds, blah blah becomes marked for blah blah, allowing you to do instant percent health true, blah damage. instead of just having her press Q to bonk.
