If all 5 bans are mirrored, could there be a system where then a random champ is banned?

If all 5 bans mirror, then there is actually 1 less banned champion than before the 10 ban system even existed. I think that we should never drop below 6 bans anymore with the 10 ban system in place. So if by some change all 5 bans mirror, can a 6th champion get banned by the RNG gods? Even if it is decided by RNG, it is still fair, because both sides could have had said champion as a ban, and being decided by RNG means that no side was specifically targeted.

again, the purpose of banns is to give people control over potential unfavorable match ups, counterpicks or not dealing with something they don't wanna deal with.

it is not to "remove broken champs" from the game.

it doesn't matter if there is 1 less potential banned champion because that champion wasn't banned by you and therefore there is no reason to ban another beyond arbitrarily wanting to "remove" champions from the game.

yeah well that idea works better when they aren't so many broken champions we need to ban..

did u not read what i just said? Bannign champs isn't a tool to "fix" the game are "remove broken champs".

If that were the case, then why would I have to ban one champion and hope someone else bans the other 4-9 OP champions which most players do not want in their game. This would at least give them a chance to be banned still.

You aren't grasping the fundamental concept here. How does pointing out your example in use of your flawed assumption of the purpose of bans prove it is in fact legit?

The chances of 5 bans being duplicated are so freaking low. Since the pbe release of the 10 ban and the live client I've only seen 2 bans duplicated tops.
