To the team opposite the troll player.

Honestly, I understand it is ranked and it is all about winning but its already 4v5, why make it 4v6 and feed into the troll? If he wants to stand in lane why not let him stand there, he is leaching XP already so why make the troll feel that what he is doing is working?

9/10 times (the 1 time being say placements to a new tier and it being my 5th game) if the enemy team has a troll I will let him run around and do whatever, I will act like he is not even there. I do not understand why players constantly kill the troll that has an intent to intentionally feed, it just makes him do the same thing the next game and the game after that.

So if the team you are playing has a troll, think about just letting him sit there rather than feeding into what he wants to do.

I do this as well... killing him just makes me feel bad because then it's not really a fair game to the other team. Of course if they are throwing themselves under turret I try not to attack them. Unless they're killing me, in which case i go ham and usually kill them quickly.

if it is past 20 minutes and you didnt surrender yet its your own fault probably as you abused him having bad game to the point he starts feeding

I'm pretty sure OP is talking about when a person goes into a game with the intent to feed. When a troll/rager has no intention of playing the game, only to ruin it for others through their choice of feeding and assisting the enemy team.

If you are abusive and hateful to anyone I'll report you and you deserve whatever happens next, not to day the feeder isn't without some blame.

YOU control your actions not the hater.

he picked alistar, bought boots and followed our mumu around knocking his buffs through walls then ran mid and fed a few kills then spammed top lane where he would stand there and die.

You do not understand. It is ranked. It is not mostly about winning, it is all about winning.

Yes but isn't it bad enough that you know the enemy team is fighting a 4v5? Why feed into the troll by killing him over and over again just so he does it the next time he does get his way?

You're still missing the distinction between "mostly" and "all." If it were mostly about winning and a little bit about caring how players behave in their next match, it would make sense to stop taking advantage of the troll. However, since it's all about winning, take advantage of the troll as hard as possible: if they decide to start playing seriously, you want to have gained as large an advantage as possible. Mercy is for normals.
