First off, no. What allows him to teamfight is literally everything in his kit. His Wind wall blocks every projectile in the game. he has an AoE knock up with Q and huge mobility when he has many targets to E, and refreshing shields.

if this was the thing that "allowed him to teamfight" you are essentially saying he can never do so if there are no other Knock ups on his team, which is asinine.

Any displacement actually.

Just make it so that his ult is:

Cast-able on and affecting a single champion if the knockup was by a teammate. Cast-able on and affecting everyone hit if the knockup was his.

And only knockups. Displacements like Lee Sin ult, Ori ult, Gragas ult, etc don´t allow him to ult. I know knockups, knockbacks, "knock-ins"(Ori ult) are basically coded the same, but that´s piss poor programming practices and should be changed.

EDIT: No but really. This is one of the few things about his kit that I believe should stay. Nerf his E, or his lack of resources, or his shield though... OR THE FACT THAT HE GETS STUPID AMOUNTS OF FREE CRIT >>>AND<<< PEN FOR NO FUCKING REASON AT ALL. Nerf something, sure, but leave this part of his ult in place, imo.

It really shouldn't. You can dodge every tornado or even keep out of his E-Q range but because a champion with an AoE instant cast or point and click displacement hit you, he can instantly press R to get on-top of you and gt you killed? it's retarded.

Thats ignoring the fact that it applies to any displacement as opposed to just knockups.

Its stupid.
