How come all of Jhins crits(excluding ult) deal 25% reduced damage and not just his 4th shot?

I thought his 4th shot did 25% reduced damage because of the missing health damage on it.

Why are all his crits reduced?

Well, he sort of also gets always-on raw AD from crit chance. And the movespeed burst on every crit.

This because even if you don't "crit" your getting something from having crit and when you do "crit" you get something extra. It's a pretty fair and interesting trade IMO
