Suggestion: Offer employment opportunity for the highest tier players every now and then
Look, its no mystery that Riot's Balance Team isn't up to par. This isn't an attack or to be rude but it's just simply true. The team mostly either doesn't play the game enough or doesn't have enough experience or strength in the game to justify being able to make decisions that largely impact the game.
Challenger players know whats up. They've proven time and time again they've mastered their champions, roles, and overall aspect of the game. They would provide the most clarity about champion balance, thought process, and ideas behind their performance above anyone else in the game.
Yes morello, I know you've played this game forever. But Im 100% sure QT can give the biggest insight on ADC than anyone else in riot games and practically in the game as a whole.
Yes, I'm sure that most of them are streamers and aren't looking for a full time job. But i'm sure you can offer partnership and consult them with changes. This doesn't mean there needs to be Riot Faker or Riot Doublelift, it can be as sort of a contractor or consultant.
If you made it this way, I'm sure most of the top players would join in. It doesn't encroach their way of life and it helps them contribute to the game they love.
But for the love of christ you have to stop with this. It's becoming a game of yes-men. It may seem like a vocal minority, but do you really think the MAJORITY of players in this game don't have any complaints at all?
