Revert ARAM changes (explanations)

The knowledge you gained in Summoner's Rift doesn't transfer to ARAM. Nothing in ARAM makes sense because of the % increase and % reduction in everything, why are some champions dealing more damage than usual, and some less tanky than usual?

When a champion that has it's tankiness reduced by 10% face off against a champion that has 10% damage increase, makes you go.. what the hell happened?

Overally just really stressful and crappy experience.

With old ARAM, if the enemy had a Lux or Xerath, at least you know to target them during teamfights. I would really suggest reverting all ARAM changes as well as reducing snowball cooldown and damage (of snowballs) so melee champions can dive poke comps more easily and poke champions don't feel like crap to play.

In the past I would play ARAM to release the stress of SR, but now it's even more stressful. ARAM is ALL RANDOM ALL MID, if you get good champions then you have an advantage. Getting a good comp is all by chance. % changes in damage and tankiness DOES NOT change your luck. All it does is confuse players.

Thoughts?

If......

We get bans back permanently.

The problem isn't the fact that they tried to balance the champions, the problem is the WAY in which they went about trying to balance the champions.

Instead of making certain champions squishier, they should have instead just increased spell cooldowns and mana consumption on champions that had high winrates.

Snowball should be nerfed not buffed

it gives champions with poor engage like Garen MasterYi Darius Tryndamere a free way in and let them do whatever

or if they do buff it cleanse and cleanse abilities should remove the mark

I was referring to old ARAM, where Lux Veigar and Xerath were really dominant. Right now the bruisers are strong because those poke champions got their damage heavily reduced (and hence they feel awful to play).

If we return the damage to poke champions while giving bruisers more engage opportunities wouldn't that feel more normal? All the muscle memory you retained in SR applies in ARAM.

No that would feel horrible Lux and Veig and Xer all bursting people before they can build well enough to be able to engage well And if one team has good engage already and then adds a buffed summoner 32 on top of that it will feel horrible

Aram needs changes but not this

Well. the changes with or without is a crappy experience in ARAM when you're constantly against Brand/Veigar/Lux/Varus/Xerath over and over and over again.

Riot doesn't understand the damage isn't what makes them so strong (although it certainly doesn't help Xerath can go through minions and take out half your heath in one Q).

It's the fact that you have to sit under turret for the next 25 minutes, unable to do anything, is just not fun, especially when you deal with it 4 or 5 games in a row, it's just the most frustrating time in the game.

Uhhh you talk about lux and xerath being targetted in teamfights, my question is, what sorcery are you talking about? My experience against either of these champions is their entire team just slow pushes the entire game with them tossing out spells on cooldown because mana is not a problem, and they have next to no cooldowns anymore. A teamfight never happens when you roll a poke comp.
