Thoughts on Kindred? Strong Or Weak?

Personally I think she's a bit on the strong side and could use nerfs to her early/mid game. (Making ult last less, less of a slow on E and lower damage, maybe make her take a bit more damage in the jungle as she is generally full health when clearing)

What are your thouhts? I'd love to see a Red comment on her.

Finally got to try her in one for all.

Fun. That's how I describe her. Her Q is fun and her ult is great in teamfights. I can contribute more than just damage! Unlike ALMOST EVERY OTHER MARKSMAN.

In one for all kindred tends to be less powerful because they bring no hard cc. Kindred specialises in situations where the team provides the cc and they the damage.

But I agree wholeheartedly Kindred is fun. Though not as fun as ekko (seeing as their kit doesn't flow so well).

It's nice that Riot is creating such interesting and fun champions recently.

She is strong. As long as you get those stacks early on, her base damage, especially against tanks. Her E has a strong burst/slow/kiting potential.

What I find wrong with her is that she is at the end of the day, very squishy. She doesn't fit into many comps. If bot lane takes Morde, she tends to fit well. But she suffers a lot like Cassiopeia; a second adc. A second adc in a comp is that they don't get the same peel as primary adc.

Also, you can build her like an ADC but without a proper comp, she tends to be destroyed later. She does better if build with HP too.

Every new champ is strong , it's what riot purposely does to make people play the champion. Then they cool it down and nerf it to ACTUAL balance level . I personally think riot isn't right doing this to us. It affects all our game play when a new champ is released.

I mean, a new champ has basically the same things as any other champ if you think about it. A gap closer/mobility OR some sort of cc, along with damage. Riot honestly has released nothing that's new.

Kindred ultimate is a mix of bard and trynds ultimate. That's all. Nothing new. No new "mechanics " like zhonyas or such. It's just immunity, mobility, damage, cc, and that's it. Something the majority of other champs have as well

Her only problem is the damage vs monster cap didn't make it to Live. Fix that.

Her ultimate has 2 1/2 minute cooldown at Rank 1 for how conditional it can be, why nerf it further?

Guy Fox Teemo1 votes

Not really conditional helps with towers dives and duels, and most of the time works out better for you due to kindred just being able to kite back as soon as it ends for the last few hits on the enemy. Not huge nerfs just maybe make it last 3 seconds instead of 4.

Their early game is strong. Wins any duel with enemy jungler if you have red. That's why I like to gamble and go to enemy jungle asap to collect marks. Because I know i'm strong at that point. Stronger than them. Doesn't matter who they play.

Feast of famine. If she gets ahead early she gets REALLY ahead. If she gets denied passive stacks, her entire kit is denied its damage and she becomes mostly useless.

She's very good at taking objectives though. I'd say she's about middle of the road in terms of OP or underpowered.
