Wtf have you guys done to Kalista??

A lot of the discussions I have made are me complaining. Here is another one. What exactly have you guys done to Kalista? She has been useless since around the start of season 6 and you have done nothing about it. But I still don't understand what you guys did to her that made her just so weak and useless. She seems to do no damage and I think that it's all because of her passive. Only 90% damage on her attacks? Why? Is it because 100% would work so well with her E? Her W active is useless unless you want some free assists but she is an ADC, and needs gold from kills. I really hope you guys bring her back because I really miss playing her in season 5 but now she is just so damn bad. I honestly think 90% damage from attacks is just way too low and you guys need to fix that. The rest of her kit seems fine and does what it should do, but just please try and find a way to bring back Kalista. She was loved by a lot of people last year and so many people played her, but now if you lock her in it just means that you want to lose LP.
