Rakan is broken

No Rakan is sitting in the perfect spot

He does NO damage, mana costs are semi high if you're trying to get heals constantly, a long ass wait to be able to knock up(because riot is now on a relay trip, which needs to stop) you can be cc out of w. Shields for shit, r charm doesn't last long at all. Even if they nurfed him, how would they? If his ult didn't give hella move speed, he was would actually need to be buffed, IMO. I feel like he is in a good spot right now.

I only hate his ult burst of speed.. Sometimes it is just so unpredictable.. But i find him pretty easy to deal with in lane and outside. In lane he is one of the most risky champs, because if enemies are smart , theyll just bait his knockup and kill him so fast. I actually love playing vs Rakan as a support main myself.. So easy to predict and bait his W and many times he dies the moment he uses it. or has to burn summs to get out.. I find him a squishier version of Leona.. I also have no idea how he is inteded to build - pure AP and utility for huge shields and decent heals ? Or full tank to go in and initiate , but 0 damage and shield power..

Xayah on the other hand.. i hate playing vs her.. her burst power is insane if you, for a moment, don't pay attention to her feathers or when a chaotic fight happens ..she feels extremely strong with her feathers.. even overtuned .. yet i see the reasoning behind it - you wont be able to pull it off as often..
