I just keep on laughing. Everyone thinks he is garbage. This reminds me of some older releases where buffs just kept coming and the few people who figured out how to utilize those champions knew that the buffs were just overkill lmao.

Voluug134 votesThe difference is that by now, Yasuo/Zed/Gnar were already picking up steam and becoming FotM. Specially Yasuo, the combo wombo started around days after release. Yasuo+Braum/Thresh/Alistar+Wukong wasnt a uncommon sight, in fact it was pretty painful sight.
The problems with Bard is that they deliberatelly made him UP. Plus every single of his spells has counterplay, a downside and/or a condition. Q has a condition for stuning and its short range, W can be stepped on and needs charge (and even then the heal is pretty lowish), E can be used by your oponent with no visible difference until maxed ability. And R can potentially destroy your teamfight. It has its uses, yes, but most ''CC ult'' supports have it better when it comes to CC the enemy team. It can used for objectives, yes, and that is its only thing that sets it aside. Also it was an horrible delay.
Edit: I think I prefer any support with an Ohmwrecker that Bard's ult.

Jofeyy1 votesI still think he does suck. But you are very right, they're going to keep buffing him until hes able to insta kill people if he goes full damage. Then rito is going to be like "woopslol". Im calling it now, bard is going to get so strong that he's going to be able to 1v1 jugnlers level 6 and be an anti-jungler meta.
Kitten of Evil1 votesThere's very little they can do to make him OP, because of how little damage is on his kit. At most he'll be a utility monster, but they really don't seem to be pulling those utility "levers of balance" right now, and unlike every single other utility champion (Lulu, Karma, Janna) his utility skills have virtually no damage.
