Fixed your post for you. If you don't sit around and eat Soraka's Q, if you focus your poke on Soraka so that she's scared to get in range to Q, if when you all in you focus Soraka for the 2 seconds it takes to kill her and make the lane a 1v2 against the ADC, then her heals don't mean anything. She has reliable ally healing and unreliable self healing, you're supposed to focus her.
