Kha'Zix has had so many buffs in a row and still no real nerf
People complain about his stealth through the jungle but dont realize his one shotting is such a problem because of his massively overbuffed Q.
Kha gets way too big of an advantage solely for being a jungler. Camps being nerfed and scuttlecrab massively buffed just pushes early duelers and particularly kha zix to EVEN MORE of an advantage.
THIS is the problem
Taste Their Fear Base damage reduced to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 from 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165. Bonus AD ratio increased to 130% bonus AD from 120%. Isolation bonus damage increased to 100% from 65%.
You wonder why he deletes you, its because his Q now has 260% bonus AD on it. And dont act like its hard to proc, its less than a ranged auto attack in isolation range.
With runes and 
alone his Q already has an extra 104 damage.
Kha already instantly wins the scuttle crab due to his insanely high sustain AND burst damage without lane intervention. Putting him ahead, lets make a theoretical situation at level 5.
Level 3 Q = 100 + 104 (hammer and runes) + an auto (72.6 + 40) + passive (46 + 8) + Electrocute (90 + 20) + W (85 + 40)
Congratulations, a level 5 Kha'Zix just dealt 605 damage in only early game jungle rotation. If you count Smite (if he has it) or extra passive procs its even more. No other jungler in the game can contest this level of burst and sustain damage in a Scuttle Crab meta.
