Just a question in my mind (im primarily staring at Udyr and XinZhao here) but there are others

so what are your opinions on "straight forward kits"

Straight forward kits are very good for starters.

However, it must be known that these people cannot be strong, or at the very least, those who are skillful should do more damage overall.

straight forward kits help people get into the game, and play it a bit more casually even if they are a veteran.

I like straight forward kits. They let my brain go on auto-pilot and chill while also getting myself some IP for the next champion/rune/icon.

I much rather play vs "straight forward kits" like Xin, Warwick, Udyr, Garen, etc...than overloaded flashy champs like new Fiora, Ekko, Gnar, Kalista, etc..

I don't mind straight forward champs like Udyr/Xin because they have a lot of weaknesses due to being melee

I hate straight forward champs like Lux/Annie where you can't even come close to them, it's just no fun. They have to ostensibly screw up for you to even have a chance of trading with them

Straight forward champions are fine and are needed in these types of games. The issue is when the person playing them act like dicks.
