all of which eat rats and mice should all deal like 1% extra damage to Twitch passively

bring back hidden passives!!!

this isn't an ENTIRELY serious post. but i still think it should be added. as long as it is a joke amount that wont affect gameplay much.

And sion's Q needs to do 5% more damage to any feline champion.
