passive is a little overtuned numerically, but mechanically it's completely fair. the acceptable angular deviation for her to proc the passive 90 degrees, so she has to be quite precise to get it. q is now dodgeable w is now dodgeable with a much smaller window r is pretty hard to proc 1v1

she takes a lot more brain to play now
