Give it at least a 5 second cooldown. The item is too abusive on the champions that buy it. Thanks. It would make it also a better/niche item on other champions instead of the item that's only good on champions that can abuse it like Khazix/rengar/zed.

Talking about the damage. Turns out, it does have a cooldown. 1 second, which doesn't matter and still make it an item that has abuse cases with the champions I listed.

"abuse cases" the item is intended to be used that way. You want it to have a CD? then they'll just increase the damage it does

Isn't about bush hiding champs. It's about champs who can disappear during a fight and gain a ton of damage and thus are forced to be balanced around the item and making the item only good on those champions.
