We need a force mute voting system
Where your team can vote for two people to be forcefully muted toward each other for a certain time.
I just nearly lost a game in my series to S2 because people wanted to spend time typing in the middle of the lane arguing with each other over stupid crap.
Only the 3 other members should be allowed to vote so the two idiots who refuse to mute each other can't prevent it.
It should last for like a minute per vote. That way if they continue being toxic they'll get punished longer.
Nobody knows how to press tab and click the ignore button so someone needs to do it for them. It's annoying as hell losing because people rather type than play.
Ex.
Has started a vote to mute (Player X and Player Y) Agrees
Agrees
Agrees
and 
can no longer speak with each other for 1 minute(s)
And if it continues increase it to 2 minutes the next time and so on and so forth
