Cant land her E? No worries, it lays a larger hit box trap for 4 seconds that does the same thing as if you just hit the target for no extra cost. Ult aggressively and land in a terrible spot? No worries, it returns you to safety (unless ulted by Camille or Urgot with <25% health). Waste a summoner spell? No worries, minions will give you a new one.
Seriously, she has minimal punishments for failing to do something or making a mistake.

JavelinJoe1 votesThat is the sole function of her W. There is no other form you know, nothing larger or smaller. It is just a pool. Zoe's E is a skill shot that turns into a larger area trap with no extra cost to functionality, thus rewarding her for missing a skill shot.

How is this at all similar? She still is in the bad position. Also, since when is a 5 man Morgana ult bad? Is that not ideal for her?

- Still squishy as hell
- E takes 2 seconds to actually trigger, giving time to get to safety
- Q is unusable with minions immediately in front of or behind
- W is down more than it's up and is a dead slot for most of the game, and is very RNG dependent
- R is zero damage
but the thing that separates the two is morgana has less reliability in getting sustained/burst damage in some cases especially against champions like 
when the two are keeping their cooldowns close or 
who can block it
but 
has more ease baiting those and getting around them with her ultimate,as morgana only has two basic abilities that are kinda made to just be used together...at all times generally. baiting can be difficult without using a skill then missing one in the next trade. zoe can ult and Q to either fake somebody out or just have them to try and dodge it just in case,probably not having to ult cause she can just Q to river then bring it back. and some champions aren't as capable as others to have opening to dodge her E trap.
miniquandt3 votesYou forgot, Over extend against a diver champion, Get instantly bursted out and die in like 1.2 seconds.
Try to get away with an ult, get returned right into the fray and die.
Ult in for a combo the enemy walks away with 1 hp, ult back and cant catch back up to enemy and they get away.
She has MAJOR punishments, it just demends upon what champs you are up against. If you can tell me what a Zoe can do against a Akali, then be impressed. If you miss your E then akali just jumps on you and kills you. Any damage you do she heals up through gunblade. If you want a counter, play someone who has alot of mobility and can easily dive Zoe. It is very hard as a Zoe to survive against those diver champs.
AR URF1 votesIt's not really her skills that bug me. It's the damage that they do. Like paddlestar doing 798 damage on me when she had 233 ap really? And than her sleeping bubble doing 430+ with 233 ap? Like wtf?
