Clearly, your balance team doesn't care anymore. With the release of the new assassin item, which you know for a fact was a bad idea there AD assassins are all practically buffed and broken with their new toy, you let XinZhao get his new overpowered buffed despite PBE testers saying he would be OP if it was allowed to happen, and I'm almost damn sure in the incoming mage update you will be breaking this game's balance even further, cause I am sure Leblanc would benefit nicely off it.

Considering you refuse to acknowledge balancing champions anymore, we at least deserve more ban options than just 6.

We need 10.

The mage update are changes directly to Malz, Vel'koz, Zyra, Vlad, Brand and Cassio (like the Marksmen update which only affected Graves, Corki, Kog'maw, Quinn, MF and Caitlyn), So there will be no effect upon LB at all.
