So Im actually a bit frustrated with normal draft, the amount of dodges has gotten pretty ridiculous. Another issue is it seems like whenever someone misses the AFK check or we have a lobby and someone lets the timer run out or they dodge, my wait time balloons to double or triple the expected.

I dont know if its a bug, or just the way the ques are shuffled after a dodge but is anyone else noticing this?

First are you noticing a ton of dodges, second, do you notice bizarre wait times for dodged lobbies or repeated afk checks by other players?

As cool as dynamic is, the LOCK OR DIE mechanic is really obnoxious. Because it basically turns the lobby itself into a spoiled brat, who goes berserk and throws a reset tantrum anytime someone becomes distracted or fails to do exactly what it is demanding. So dynamic doesn't really cut down on lobby trolling, it just turns the lobby trolling into infrastructure.

Most of us have played a ton of online games. Does anyone really believe that you need sixteen separate AFK checks divided among ten players, AFTER an initial round of ten AFK checks, to make an online game work right? Come on. What would ACTUALLY HELP is if LoL had bots to take over for AFK players, like every other multiplayer online game since 1995, rather than this ridiculous, overbearing 26 step AFK-busting process. (Which doesn't even work. I've still been in tons of games with AFK players since dynamic arrived!)
