Any Chance The Grade System Was Tweaked?

I know the the system based your grade off your performance compared to other users of that champ in your region.......but this last game was just dumb. It wasn't even my grade.....I just supported a Twitch. Game went 29 minutes....other team surrender right before we killed their nexus towers.

He finished 12 - 0 - 7 with 136 cs. I know he got tower kills and dragon kills because i was there with him. He did not get a S...not even S-

Im thinking the system was tweaked after they released levels 6 and 7 mastery....because to get them you have to get a S grade and it seems ever since they released levels 6 and 7 it seems harder to get a S.

His CS was only about 45%, so that hurts him a lot... How was his ward placement/removal?

Not sure...probably very low....after we got bot pushed and helped mid....other team spent most of their time in their base........wasnt much warding or removal needed. It went downhill for them quickly.
