No, no, no. Maokai and old Sej are THE worst examples. They're the entire reason tank items were gutted in the first place.

I'm sorry, but Shen is a poor example of a damage soaking tank. He's easier to kill than every tank and juggernaut in the game because of the fact that he isn't a soaking tank, he's a dueling tank.

That's what he's balanced around.

You want to know why? Because low agency w/high utility is busted in high elo, and barely better than useless in low elo where team work basically doesn't exist.

It's awful to watch a team mate just stand there farming two feet away from you for "that last CS" while you're trying to gank his laner for him.
