because he has tons of damage and mitigated some of your MR, alongside your attack speed, and has the defenses to survive your burst? Three items that give massive damage, two items that give armor, and an item to reduce MR and an item to reduce attack speed.

He has a mix of damage to kill you, and the defenses to survive against you. Did you build full damage? Son, he counterbuilded you and was rewarded for it.

Sorry if fiora sucks without full damage, meanwhile fizz can build this shitty build that doesn't give tons of nothing, but a little bit of everything and is still able to duel pretty much anyone
