Deathfire Touch Bonus AD scaling lowered from 60% to 40%

i hope fervor and thunderlord will also be nerfed

and thus we get ride of damage creep

it helps with arrow poke

besides a few ad champs like varus and jhin it was mostly used by ap champs anyway, and on varus it only is half the duration jhin just applies a flat out 500+ dot come lategame so the nerf is welcome imho

it's a band aid fix to the ridiculous jhin dot's but it doesn't hurt many other champs so im cool with it

it was always a good option for him with his poke style and building a lot of ad

but jhin just broke it, meanwhile most other ad champs grab warlords fervor or TLD which are all still good on mf & varus

It's been a much needed change. AD to AP should always be close to a 1:2 ratio.

I'm not beating around the bush. If a champion is trash and they get a rework, they do not get "removed" from the game. They get changed. You loving a pile of trash does not make it anything other than a pile of beloved trash. Are things going to get removed? Probably. Will the "essence" of a champion change? Likely. But regardless the reworked champion will still be that champion.

Yorick and Poppy are still unbalanced trash. They could have gotten much better reworks- Like Yorick.

Also, I have a question. Does Yorick still look like Yorick at all? Does he still sound like Yorick? Does he still have the same background as Yorick? Does he act like Yorick? Does he play like Yorick? My answer is no. If Yorick doesn't retain any of these things, how is he still Yorick? Just because he has the name Yorick? Is that all he is to you? Just a name?

Except, you know, yorick and poppy are pretty fairly balanced. Yorick does well, so long as he's not dealing with someone with insane mobility, or renekton, and poppy wasn't ever a problem till CoTC, and that's the mastery's fault, not hers. Even now after the nerfs she's in a pretty good spot.

And yes, yorick does look like yorick. Big ol' lumbering dude, sickly looking skin, not-entirely-right stride, shovel, hooded face, ghoul creatures. The only thing missing is the lantern, which makes no sense for him to keep, as it's now nothing more than a lantern, not how he summons his ghouls. He still sounds like yorick. Deep gravelly voice and all. Sure he doesn't sound exactly the same, but he was never going to in the first place. The old audio was just that, old, and frankly somewhat poorly done. Does he act like old yorick? In some ways perhaps not, but in plenty of others, he does. Does he play like old yorick? Technically no, but his gameplay style still revolves around making use of his ghouls. The only real difference is that now the ghouls are summoned off of one ability, not three.(also tbh his old kit was so broken you could call it sonic 06. There simply was never going to be a way to make it viable AND not incredibly stupid. This is why he remained nerfed into the floor for 3 seasons.)

People like you need to realize that champions usually get a rework for a good reason. And yorick had more than his fair share. And you, like the akali mains that screamed and whined before the assassin rework, need to realize that if you expect riot to keep the things holding a champion back, and are angry when reality doesn't live up to your delusion, that it is your fault, not Riot's. Things change a hell of a lot more than they stay the same, and this game is no different. If you expect riot to simply keep everything the same instead of doing what is better for them, better for the game as a whole, and better for the champion itself, just because you and a few others wanted yorick to remain the steaming pile of garbage he was before, then you are deluding yourself.

More Urgots run TLD over DFT anyway. It makes sense, E>Q>Q procs TLD pretty safely and if you can proc TLD safely and easily and don't have Brand length DoT it tends to be better just to run TLD.

Fervor is going to fill up the vacuum with all these nerfs. Honestly I find fervor to be the best of them all, it's only underrated because it's best on fighters as opposed to marksmen as fighters tend to have great ad scalings and can stack it quicker due to melee getting 2 stacks. Fervor is lowkey strong, especially on champions like Darius Tryndamere Camille Renekton Riven etc.

Fervor is already so-so and TLD is not overpowered.

DFT is OP on the adcs it can be used on, Warlords was annoying to play against and makes laning phase no skill in terms of trading but it made crit adcs even worse.
