I am Silver 1 with a 55% win rate, so pretty populated MMR, with an average queue time of 10 minutes. Combining 1 remade game, 8 champ select dodges, and several more 10 minute queues, I just spent the last 1 hour and 13 minutes searching for a game in one of the most populated MMRs. I've completely given up now and I'm playing decent games. That kind of wait time is just unacceptable.

Riot cannot force people to not dodge and cannot force your queue to fill up.
