I think my ranked mmr is bugged

It seems absurdly high for the amount of losses I have recently had, and as a result I am pairing with teammates from very low divisions. The games are incredibly one sided, every lane on my team can't seem to cope against their opponents. They are all being outmatched in terms of raw skill, make very obvious mistakes that should not happen in Platinum and end up costing me a lot of my games. What should I do?

Alot of things come into factor, like the time you are playing, this is the end of season, boosting is at an all time high, also the time of day you play and the day of the week,if your playing at 3-4-5 in the afternoon mon-friday,you are playing with the school crowd, also dont duo with people with lower divisions because while your enemies are easier so is your team

I only play solo. And I would assume that the ranked environment (school players, boosters) would generally disperse evenly between teams. Its a recurring problem that my team is just WAY below in terms of skill. If your mid laner is 0/10 by the 20 minute mark, they aren't just having a bad game - they are playing in the wrong mmr. I can't explain it any other way.

If you're playing with teammates from low divisions, that indicates it's low, not high? Are you getting particularly high LP (e.g. 22+) for your wins that would suggest otherwise?

The average MMR for both sides is usually pretty close to equal in any case, so if you have trash teammates, it suggest you're also up against similar trash.

Regardless, the solution is always going to simply keep playing. If your mmr is worse than you believe you actually are, then you'll win >50% of your games on average. If your mmr is above where you actually belong, you'll fall down to a level where games are fairer. You're not going to win 100% of your games regardless, so just play a lot and have faith that statistically you're more likely to face a team who feeds than be on one (provided you can reliably not feed yourself), and lets statistics do its thing.

(Keep in mind rank is meaningless for matchmaking, only mmr matters. Also keep in mind op.gg and similar just give mmr estimates, and can sometimes give almost certainly wrong estimates.)

My team usually sits around high gold, with low plat mmr. Everyone on the other team gets mid plat players with mid plat mmr. The mmr between teams seems to average out (according to 3rd party sources) but I am the only person that has the high mmr to make this possible (" "). These websites suggest that my mmr is absurdly high for my division, and I seem to be a regular outlier in my team, even though I am losing so many damn games.
