I agree that she needs a very small buff but is still not a bad option on Taliyah. The cheaper price is great for a quick pickup and with the new recipe it helps her keep some of the power she loses in the mid game. I am still having major success on her with the item. Just have small issues with her Q and that's it. Feel free to look at my stats and see what I do. Maybe it can give you some success too [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
