I don't think there's another item - champ combo in the game that synergize better.
Tone this item down for fuck's sake, especially due to the juggernaut update giving melee champs a few more items to help them out. Remember why BorK was made? So that melee champs wouldn't be kited to hell and back. Ever since, Vayne's abused it to all hell.
shredding tanks is just to strong
yeah lets just take it away man. as an adc main the thought of going against tanks who can rush warmogs into dead man's plate is exciting. I mean by that point ill easily have around 200 attack damage with no last whisper yet.

It's basically anyone that can use BoRK abuses it. She's up there in champions that abuse it the most.
Needs to not be such a good rush item, from what I remember, it was intended to be an item you built later for dealing with tanks, not early where it hurts everyone just as much.
