Not a lot of ppl talk about this but, ninja tabi is one of the biggest fun killers of top lane

And killers of bruisers in general.

Every single role can build this, it makes adcs tankier than they should be (specially since how the damage reduction scales with shields) any top laner can rush this so the bruiser loses all kill and snowball potential at a very cheap cost (while not ruining their build path), you can turn almost every lane into stalemate/farm lane by rushing this against a bruiser.

Bruisers before had fervor and the 7% arpen rune which helped them deal with armor or tabis rush, now they dont anymore.

You know something is wrong when teemo can rush tabis first item and then right click bruisers in melee to death.

Item needs to be nerfed.
