JUst got Loss Prevented.......But it still counted as a Loss?

Im currently in my placements games and was 6-2. Just finished a rough game and at the end we got lost prevented because of their maintenance work.

But now my placements say 6-3.

Which is what it should be if the game counted but why give loss prevented if the loss still counts?

Outside of placements games I never really kept track of my win/loss record after each game so it sorta makes me wonder if the loss prevented really worked correctly?

The 1st thing in this article on Loss Prevention says players will not receive a loss or leave when Loss Prevention is given but i clearly got a loss.

Dude you think thats bad? i just won 3 ranked games and none of them were recorded by the system. The LP iw a supposed to get? gone, the matches in my history? nope, it's like they never happened.

report to riot they should be able to fix it if you explain but dont continue to rank other wise they cant fix it

riot won't do anything when it comes to rank, they refuse to touch and correct the system if it falters. There have been numerous times were I have lost LP due to some Queue bug or some other reason, they basically tell you this.

"we don;t have the power to alter account LP and alter the system, sorry for your loss, better luck next time"

I guarantee they won't help him, or me.

Has riot ever helped someone besides getting alistar skin which now a bot auto does it. Yeah I started over again

Yeah im trying to report it but each time i go to the support page it logs me out and says try later. Should be easy for them to see........i took 4 months off and all my rank games since then are there to see i was 6-2 and then 6-3 even after they gave loss prevention.
