Teemo mains rejoice

Been playing on the PBE and due to the fact runes are gone people don't start with any armor or magic resist (or at least not many) and the new system adds a LOT of ways to kick in burst or constant harass.

Teemo is just one of them im mentioning because I like Teemo.

Lane bullies in general are incredibly toxic and insanely easy to get fed with.

Another note special to Teemo that he'd want is there are a few ways to gain even more MS through runes making you one of the faster champions in the game early on. Catching Teemo is about to become a LOT harder.
