A Counter to Xin/Yi/Jax type champions (Auto Attack Speed Spammers)

I cannot imagine in what strange universe Riot believes they are in. Nobody likes fighting against these champions. They are nothing more then auto-attack spammers and their kits reflect that. There is virtually no skill needed to actually play them because you build the same overpowered AD items every game and do not deviate from that.

Sure, there is hard CC which can be powerful enough to stop these champions however that is not an excuse for these champions to be so obnoxiously powerful.

I suggest a new way to counter these terrible that does not involve nerfing their kit at all. Introduce a new summoners spell called "Disarm". This works in the same way as , as a castable debuff but instead of exhaust, it does not slow or cripple basic attack speed or movement speed but instead negates ALL on hit effects from items such as .

The removal of these effects would allow you to duel even the most fed auto-attack carries and help to counter the massive attack speed and damage they get from their items.
