Can Maiden of the Mist and Yorick's Wall be seen in the jungle?

I was soloing Rift Herald (cause I can with Yorick) and had it pink (so, no wards) and I was found out, as if they knew I was there all along. I got pissed and thought the bitch was using some sort of script to see every action I was doing, then someone said that they can see my wall, which I didn't believe at first cause Rift wasn't warded and fog of war mechanics.

Then I noticed it does appear in the map for a brief moment. Is this capable of being seen in the jungle? Is the maiden of the mist's icon also able to be seen?

EDIT: Not immediately found out, but the way I was approached seemed they were pretty confident I was doing the Herald solo.
