TO the balance team, and for upcoming pre season

The season is nearing closer and closer to the end, and before we know it, summer will be over and worlds will be going on, and riot will be prepping for pre season experiments. But to the balance team, here is my honest advice, that I know no one will read or take into consideration.

Don't invent something new and cool or flashy. It's fair to say season 8 has been nothing more than a open beta test for the public as you try to figure out runes and itemization. Don't invent some new system or a giant class rework. Instead dedicate it to perfecting what you already have. Fix the problems that exist, commit to bug fixing, commit to balancing runes, commit to balancing items.

Instead of inventing, start correcting. Go ham in the numbers, hire more balance mathticians to join your team, and tell your design team the people who create new ideas, they can go home during pre season.

For while their ideas are great, the mathmatical team behind balance simply can't crunch the numbers at a quick enough pace that riot is producing ideas.

For every 4 ideas riot creates, the balance team can only fix one of them at a time, while all four are being released at the same time.

That's honestly the core problem right now, maybe the balance team isn't total shit, they are simply out numberd.

More ideas are being created, to the point they can't keep up with it.
