Give Brand mana buffs
that you gave Lux and Syndra. Brand is just as immobile and doesn't even have Lux's range or Syndra ability to cast while moving. Oh and he's seen less competitive play than Lux.

Tworie3 votesBrand doesn't need mana buffs when he can kill any mid laner before level 6 with his base damages and his passive.
Neo Cyrus1 voteshttp://champion.gg/champion/Brand 52.5% win rate mid, 54.6% support http://champion.gg/champion/Syndra 46% win rate with her Q being equal damage to an auto attack at lvl 1
Like having the ability to cast one more spell late game makes a difference when Syndra can't even get there.
