New champs should be restricted from Ranked for 2 weeks

New champions in ranked is awful. No one know wtf they are doing half the time. So after the week of release and the week where the new champ is Free Of The Week, people should at least have some idea what their doing.

on my main accout i play the new champ on pbe learn her then when s/he comes out i pick it in ranked and dominate cause noone knows how to fight against me

i just had a taliyah on the other team that said she was practicing her and she fed like crazy. i felt bad for the other team
