1 report, 14 game chat restriction

Just got off a 14 game chat restriction. I had 1 report that entire time and I wasn't raging, it was me telling a teammate a mistake, in which THEY blew up. Now I come out and have another 14 game chat restriction. This entire system is so flawed, there is no middle ground. You either have no chat restriction, and are fine, and you can get reports every now and again and it doesn't matter. OR, you have a chat restriction, you get ONE report, and you get more. Why do I have to bend over to the system and get screwed for having 1 report?

When you wrote this, did you anticipate being told;

Then don't be toxic, ever.

Mute, ignore, improve yourself, or quit. Just don't blame everyone else.

i have the same problem. about 2 reports in a month, 69 games. PLEASE fix this.i have not been toxic to the best of my knowledge

i have a friend who continually tells stories about how toxic his teammates are. i didn't believe him because my experience is much more mellow in general, so i decided to duo with him last night to see what he was talking about.

turns out every single game (almost) he was being rude to people, pointing out their mistakes, etc. he didn't realize it because in his head he was trying to be constructive, but really he was only making things worse. the people he was rude to ended up lashing out, some of them trolling, or other negative effects. it led to us losing a lot of games, actually.

so the point is, look to yourself and see if you cant improve the way you communicate with people. it's highly likely that you are the problem if you find most people are toxic in the games you play

I was being trolled by a Veigar and yasuo on the enemy team, who kept laughing in my face (was unaware of the mute button until recent) because if I even turret hugged in my lane, they would come and kill me then say "git gud, HAHAHAHAHA, ezzz, lol so bad, sorry that ur lissandra is so bad guys" and I wanted to claw their eyes out. Eventually, they started cursing, so I got tired and finally called them assholes(my one curse the entire match vs a whole game of them trolling and cursing at me) and everyone on the enemy team is blowing up the chat with. "NOT COOL MAN, REPORTED" and other bs like that. While I see why I have been chat restricted, it really shouldn't matter considering they cursed me out, mocked, and ruined the experience for a straight 40mins. If anything, THEY should have it. I feel like the chat restrictions aren't very called for and backed up, considering I actually handled it well (one curse after they shouted a whole lot of toxicity at me).
