Sometimes this game is just draining

Carrying in general is just enough for brain aneurisms, but does anybody else feel so drained after a 4v5? Like yeah we won 4v5 but that doesnt make me feel great, it just leaves me with a searing headache from how stressful it is.

Also psa, if you are bronze/silver like i am, you should probably steer clear of mechanically intense champions bc you usually feed :D

Don't play to carry. Play to play. Hopefully you play to win, but that's my opinion. I dunno. I don't always practice what I preach.

Yeah 4v5 is not fun. It's not the way the game is meant to be played. You don't have to try in those games, but I understand wanting to... Also when LP is involved...

That draining sensation is the recoil from carrying hard in a game. It's natural and it leaves you not wanting to play league for a bit so you can wind down.

Went 27/7/19 in the game prior to posting this. All of my allies fed. None of them went positive. And the enemy jungle was taking half my camps. But I dug deep and ganked and ganked and ganked and ganked and...

ganked

Wherever I saw an enemy caught out, I didn't care if they were fed or not, I just threw all I had at them and obliterated one target after another. I claimed every dragon I could, killing the enemy jg each and every time he tried contesting it.

I was truly terrified of dying in game because the enemies would almost certainly take another objective knowing I couldn't stop them.

And when we had one opening at the enemy base, and my allies wanted baron. I said "No" "base" and they listened and we won one final team fight with heavy casualties on both sides myself included, but our two survivors persisted and ended it.

And it was exhausting and draining.

But that game ended up being incredibly satisfying, was it not? After that game you really felt like YOU won the game due to your OWN contribution.

i used to feel that before, but not as im gamer veteran i never actually feel much discomfort. Yes, i get stressed to some degree, but not enough to make me feel drained. Ive had a game that lasted past 1 hour and both teams started to complain, they are totally exhausted, already dont care what the result will be and such, at the same time i was feeling super enthusiastic to win and having the capacity to pull it out. Would even be able to start another game after. I guess my brain just learned how to deal with the stress and not express it so physically.
