Seriously this champion tilts me like no other. It's the most toxic champion along Yi and Yasuo to ever be present in LoL. That fking stun alone is ultimate level and he can literary kill you with a Q+R. No other champion just has to hit 2 spells to kill without a damn fking item
On top of this, he still needs infinite scaling on AP.

while his winrate agrees with you the general problem is that veigar's one of those champions that's so tilting that they can't really be allowed to be viable (you can thank his newest passive for that, too)

TakaDama1 votesThe only issue I have with Veigar is how his cage catches Champions if they attempt to Flash out, but it's honestly just something I need to work on remembering when his cage starts to form.
(Unless it no longer does that and I've just been flashing into it like a dolt)
