She has been one of my favorite champs since starting the game....but ever since her rework....I really don't like her current passive...it feels completely worthless....even if you get all 5 drags....thats 30 armor and mr....weaker then level 11 on old shy (it was 20, but doubled in dragon form) scaling up to 40 (80 in dragon form) why does she have such a shit passive that can easily be countered?

Lol...just feel she got the short end of the stick passive wise, some champs don't have passives because they would be too strong...but shy is sitting at a 49% win rate...so i feel a thought out passive wouldn't break her

5 armor and mr and 10% dmg to dragons is not a very good passive, udyr can take drags twice as fast and he actually has a passive

He also has attack speed up the ass early on and can ORA ORA ORA anything. He's not meant to be someone you fight 1v1 unless you're a stronger early game jungler, which Shy isn't.
You're also only counting the bonus armor for when she has no dragons, when the power, again, is from being rewarded for securing the dragon. But if you can't control of the dragon pit, you won't deserve the scaling rewards.
I'd be fine if she got a buff, but I insist that a rework would be unnecessary.

Dark Nephthys1 votesShe also gained HP when she transform which was added during her passive rework, it's meant to be there for her old "doubles resistance when transform" thing.
She used to just get 5/10/15/20 resistance that doubled to 20/30/40 when in dragon form Now she gets 5 + 5 per dragon + she gains 150/250/350 HP when in dragon form
So if you get 3 dragons which is reasonable if your team has decent dragon control, you could get 20 Resistance + 150/250/350 HP when you go into dragon form. In which case, I'd rather take that HP over just 20 Resistance especially with that synergy with items like 
Though with all that said, I'd be down for another rework on her passive. Mainly for the fact that it does feel a bit to boring and can feel terrible when your team is losing hard. But overall I feel the trade off is worth it.

The Kay1 votesI agree. Her passive should be rewarding for objective control. If you are pushed away from the drakes, you get a good-for-nothing-passive. At least return the 20 armor/MR per dragon killed but, ideally, 30/dragon. (And I'd have the buff only be rewarded if she takes part into killing it, like Mordekaiser- or maybe even only when killing it herself, like chogath's R - so she doesnt get a buff for sitting in top lane). Simple as that: lets talk statitics: how many times a team takes more than 3 dragons in a game? It's usually 2-3 dragons per match, if so. Specially depending on the RNG regards what dragons will spawn. Most people dont bother with ocean and cloud drake, so if she's willing to try and take those, she should be better rewarded for taking that risk. And those numbers dont seem absurd at all, because, honestly, what's 40-60/60-90 armor in late game when everyone's got tons of penetration, lethality, %HP based-damage, etc?
