Meh, I will say the teams I've faced while helping people have seemed mostly unprepared for it. While I doubt it'll change anything in the longrun, I actually found the melee-only games to be rather enjoyable.

Do you mean the Victorious skin? I'm pretty sure you get it for reaching Gold in 3v3's too.

I am pretty certain that you only get border for TT. Edit- I checked and you do in fact get the victorious skin. B

Well it is a joke... There used to be a dedicated playerbase for it but Riot ignored them and they all quit as far as I know.
