Riot's reasoning for no Sandbox mode is BS.

You are literally saying that the only way to improve is by playing more games.

Ok so then football players, basketball players, soccer players, swimmer, etc, don't need to train as well. All they need to improve is by competing against other competitive players...see how stupid that sounds. Regretfully, there are some things that we are not able to practice in a regular match.

  • I need flash(and every other summoner spell) on a 1 second CD to practice flashing over walls, flashing over abilities, flashing with abilities. These are some things that may happen once every "several" games.

  • I need 90% CDR and unlimited mana to practice being comfortable with that champion and test the limit of my spells.

  • Unlimited gold so that I can try any build without having to get negative backlash from it.

  • Practice with different mice, or keyboards to see the pros and cons.

And if sever overload is a problem, why not create a separate low rez offline application that we can download and then update as needed?
