I played Vlad fairly recently against prerework Veigar. Walked into mid at level 9 to swap with Kennen, Veigar was 1/1/0 and I had 30 cs on him. The second I stepped forward to Q a creep he threw his keyboard at me, doing 95% of my hp.

I survived because I pooled and flashed away, then spent the rest of the lane zoned and rushing Mercs+Abyssal while doing 0 damage and trying to play without Hourglass

Stop defending his retarded design with "MUH MOBILITY COUNTER", you just look like a moron

Vlad counters his whole combo by pressing W. Getting tenacity boots would guarantee that even with the E maxed out on stun duration.

So you just showed everyone how much of a baddie you are.

His R has a travel time and so does his Q.

It's more than enough to avoid both.

Fizz does the same thing.

1 second to walk into ult range and 0.5 seconds for ult + Q to land

Still can't pool because the stun isn't over

And no Fizz doesn't hard CC you instantly, you can avoid his ult at a distance
