Can we make pantheons stun a skillshot?

Like a small circle you have you land on them, i feel like he is too op right now. i understand he falls off but 90% of panths get fed which make his late game power decent

Id much rather his spear (Q?) be a skill shot. That would be far better. Although I usually hate lock on abilities, and feel like everything should be a skillshot for a harder game rather than everyone being a brainless monkey champ.

+1 for the spear thing. His stun is whatever becuase he has to be in Mele range. His q though is a bitch.

The spear is his real "issue".

In lane he just spams it till your low, later if you survive the w-e often he spears you as your running away for that free point and click crit.

I don't think everything should be skillshots, and I don't think panth is really op, but adding a little skill to his kit and a little counterplay besides (don't get close or outstat him) would make him less irritating.
