let me be the first to say.. you are seriously overbuffing her if the PBE changes go through

i mean keep the shield change.. the Q and E changes are too much. i don't want her 100% pick/banned u know...

u are playing lux with kleptomancy and lichbane, obviously u have no idea abuot this champions and she is no overbuffed, she needs buffs cuz is getting countered by almost everything

idk about her mid.. and yeah u need to see what they pick before taking her support and u dont want to pick her into Thresh Leona or Blitzcrank .

but picked into the proper opponents.. she is ABSURDLY strong.

we are in a state of overwheliming damage creep, we want to town down the OP champs... we dont want to buffed the balanced ones even if they are weaker than then "OP" ones..

im playing her agaist everything on support and she is good if adc is not brainless and can dodge blitz grab or something but on midlane she sucks

Lux isn''t a lich bane user... if u rush this on her u are crazy. She gets buffs because she's vulnerable when her q is on cd and she has no mobility, so she's very weakness against assassin's for example. And u have to know that she get a little nerf too, aoe radius from her e lowered to 315 from 350 what may hurt her. She definitely won't be permabanned cause there is too many more broken champions than her right now.

i wouldnt really calling buying it as my last item at 37 min "rushing it" but w/e, if that's what u want to call it go ahead

.. i have been playing league for over 5 years... and if u think lux cant support, your wrong... just becuase the vast majoirty of lux supports are fucking morons donest mean she cant support or isnt a good support.

she literally only needs TWO support items.. item 3098 and item 3504

maxing shield 2nd after E allows with 45% cdr allows you to have your shield on a 5.5 second cooldown.. and item 3504 buff lasts 6 seconds meaning in teamfights you have have it on your entire time as long as u have mana, which u will always have due to item 3003

which not onyl helps you in teamfights.. but makes u absolutely MELT any objective

kelptomancy ensures you cant lose lane to anyone except without hard cc unless u get caught out or do something stupid and dont ward properly, and as long as u dont pick her before u see thier support pick, you're good

your Q can snare both thier adc and support.. or even snare them after going through 1 minion

maxing E first allows you to both proc item 3098 and chuck them down.. and again if u are weaving in autos, especially on thier supports trying to proc item 3302 , it is fairly easy to keep klepto procing non-stop.

i have been doing this for YEARS bro, sure there is no way u can safly pick lux support wihout seeing thier support first... you HAVE to ensure they dont have a champ that can 100/0 you if u get hit by one hard cc.. but once you do that... you are a great support and also becuase a decent ap threat in the late game who is fantastic at teamfighting.
