Also, lol, Garen has been viable for 90% of people who arent in high ELO for ages now, maintaining S rank and 50%+ winrate for the last 4 recorded past patches, That's in plat+ by the way, a ELO where he should be falling off. You can look for yourself, but im sure pesky raw data is not how you gauge a champion's strength and viability
