The nerf has to do with pro play.

Edit: She isnt that fun to watch.

Rather watch her than sivir or ezreal.

As far as mids go she is pretty Boring. She spams Q a thousand times, then presses R and its a 4v5. She isnt flashy like Fizz, Ekko, ect.

Rather watch her than sivir or ezreal.

All adc's are boring lol.

Fizz & ekko are also boring; oh is he going to die this time? Nope, maybe next time, again. I agree on marksmen though, lol.

faker never died so many time as when he played fizz

nice try tho

ZT Xperimentor1 votes

That's my point. What's exciting about watching a guy cheat death repeatedly? At least other champions like brand have to dodge attacks.

Ahristocats1 votes

if faker manages to do so much on fizz, it means that I THINK it's not that easy to cheat death with fizz

ZT Xperimentor1 votes

I frankly don't care who plays fizz, he's cheap by design, while ekko is overloaded.

Ahristocats1 votes

i frankly care, because fizz INDEED makes pro play more interesting

way more interesting than borianna that is too safe fizz is risky, no matter how you look at it when the strongest player in the world dies that much you can't say that "lol fizz can just say nop and cheat on death"

in your elo, yes fizz can cheat on death easily but this isn't a low elo patch

this is a pro player patch

ZT Xperimentor1 votes

At least orianna has to aim and move out of the way. What's risky about going intangible every 5 seconds while being able to jump walls? In my elo? And what one is that? lol

This looks pretty good tbh, its trying to remove the problem with Syndra where she can simply press ult and kill squishies without hurting her overall damage.

Now it's more important to set up as many spheres as possible before ulting to maximise damage rather than relying on your ratios to do the damage for you. Which is how she's intended.

Sidenote: Win-rate does not = who gets nerfed / buffed. Its more a coincidence that for the most part champions who are nerfed and buffed have corresponding winrates.

Side-Sidenote: This isn't a nerf, it's moving damage from one part of her ult to another.

They aren't "moving" damage. They are removing damage.

It's just a flat 3% off each sphere, a 9% nerf for the minimum damage, and 21% nerf for 7 ball.

Winrate/Pickrate aren't definitive examples of a champions power, but they certainly are important when discussing nerfs and buffs.

Low pick/ Low win means the champ is shit.

Low pick/ High win means champ is niche or strong when mastered.

High pick/ High win means champ is broken.

Current patches are focused on Pro-play, the last one of them (usually .17 or .18) will be the one that Worlds is played in.

If I remember correctly Syndra is a common pick in the pro scene.
